David,
I am alittle confused here. Maybe it is just to early to be reading this.
You wrote in one sentence:
***** Considering the patients age, number of suppressions, over medication
with chemicals, and the condition I would not hesitate to give the 200c. Do
you have a 30C or can you get one quick?******
Did you mean to say that you "would" hesitate given the patients age, and over medication with the chemicals?
I am may be misunderstanding this question.
Thank You

Thank you so much, David. Unfortunately, not all of the remedies I plan on taking with me are readily available in my part of the world, owing to antediluvian laws, prejudices, and sheer misunderstanding. Amy Rothenberg says that in an emergency, the best potency is the one you have on hand. But it is helpful to know how to temper a potency better to match a patient's severely depleted vital force.
Again, I do appreciate your help.
Peace,
Cinnabar

Dear Cinnabar,
I understand where Amy Rothenberg is coming from BUT the potency must
be within a reasonable parameter. The nature of the emergency is very
important. Traumatic or acute crisis is a different condition from
dangerous pathological crisis in chronic diseases. One has to always be
careful. Sometimes, it is better to do nothing or use a different
alternative than do the WRONG thing. Too high a potency can be quite
dangers in certain conditions. Where is you part of the world?

Hi Donna,
I just notice this mistake myself. What I meant to write was I WOULD
HESITATE to give the 200c. 200C to most appropriate for trauma, non
pathological crisis, acute disorders and miasms, chronic diseases in the
functional stage, and the early stages of organic pathology, and those with
a stable vitality.
