Hi Joy,

My confusion really was regarding the symptoms of sensitivity to noise,
water and music, which she no longer experiences, and only were apparent
when suffering glue ear. I didn't include these symptoms when
repertorizing, but have thought suppression with antibiotics for the skin
and throat problems are very significant. Is this what you are thinking,
too? Dave has given a lovely answer, so maybe no further help is needed??In
relation to Nux vom - I didn't really think the girl matched any
personality/mental symptoms - I was just trying to establish the body's own
functioning bowels, while being weaned off the paraffin oil. Obstinate
constipation, especially after an abuse of drugs(to my mind, paraffin oil
used daily for 6 months seems" drug-like", and certainly purgatives) was the
key-note I was aiming for. The mum is due to phone me for an update, and in
the mean-time will look at remedies suggested. Thanks for everyone's help.
