If, after one or two days in a situation like this, the remedy is not
helping you must either:

1. adjust potency
2. change remedy
3. refer the case

Ideally, Arnica in physical trauma would be given immediately.
It still could be suitable
(but only if it *IS* suitable: take the case as if you didn't think you
already knew the snappy quick answer !)
As a general rule, taking a remedy 3x daily for a week, and finding no
result ...
(.... trying to think of a 'nice' way to say this.....)
