Thank you all for suggestions---second dog did indeed show similar symptoms
to first, so compared Ars and Phos and though close, seemed more Ars. She
was throwing up any water/food ingested as soon as it hit the stomach, so I
rubbed the ars around the inside of her lips/mouth. She was also quivering
all over as if she had a battery inside her! This trembling subsided after
the ars and then I waited for awhile and gave carbo veg, same way, rubbing
inside her lips.

Crated her all night, not a peep out of here, afraid of what I would find
this morning. She was fine, no vomit/urine in crate and was able to eat
some cooked rice/banana and kept that and all water down this morning.

I love to see the way homeopathy works! Could have saved the $400.00 it
cost for the first dog at the vet, but was afraid not to get the diagnosis
in case it was an obstruction in the bowels.

Now I am concerned that the raw bones caused this situation? I do feed with
kibble, but have done so for years with no problems such as this. I am
confused by all I read---raw/cooked, no bones/bones, etc. Vet told me no
pork bones for sure and would recommend no bones at all, except maybe
sterilized. I don't think the dogs would even look at those!

Ars, Phos, and Carb-Veg have differentiated clinical presentations. I infer
from your last that the carb-veg provided the broader stabalising
circumstance. If this is accurate then it infers a digestive system that is
in a state of deficiency and you would adjust the diet accordingly.
