A protocol is not necessarily a routine, but a framework that is highly
adaptable according to the needs and reactions of the patient.
Single dose, wait and see is a protocol.
LM test dose and adapt repetition if need be is a protocol.
Repertorising every case is a protocol.
Criticising whatever is not the way you are doing it, is routine
(could not resist that one :-)).....
