shingles
Re: shingles
Cimetidine, the active ingredient in Tagamet will block the herpes virus and thus prevents neuralgia. If you can locate an ozone practitioner the infection can be bagged or cupped which instantly kills the virus. I am equipped to provede this service. I'm I the mid Ohio area. Carmi Hazen

Re: shingles
HI all,
I recently suffered shingles myself and dealt with it with homeopathy,
cranial-sacral therapy, hot & cold packs.
Here's what worked for me. I don't think I impacted it very much in
length of time (3-3.5 weeks for the major outbreak, another 10 days for
resolution) but I think I mitigated the effects somewhat, at least
compared to reports from others about their outbreaks (even tho they
were using allopathics).
It affected one of my facial nerves, the temporal branch (right side). I
had a few days of severe swelling of my eyelid, and more itching &
redness, but otherwise was tolerable most days.
-rhus cream (external) did marvels to reduce the itching.
-I tried rhus, mezerium, ran b, as "standards" and these appeared to do
little, tho they may have mitigated the severity.
In the 4th week I tried sulphur because of the itch and also for "final
remedy to resolve" the infection. And the itch resolved quickly after that.
