Have you taken the case or are you looking at one symptom?

I don’t have training so looking at racing heart, shortness of breath, stress from house repair...heart enlarged (x-ray) She should have a case done but’s on unpaid leave til house repaired and is a feline rescue and foster (several stressed kitties w/varied symptoms)

Please be aware in the USA Crataegus is a Rx only remedy, but you can purchase Hawthorne tincture or extract over the counter.

Will someone post the link to the vet list? I didn’t know there was one. My dog Walter was diagnosed with a leaky heart valve. Sigh… I would love to ask a vet about this pill he is taking..

Is there conflict in giving hawthorne tincture while using the homeopathic (Catwell) dosing suggestion of every 10 minutes until symptoms begin to abate with crataegus 30C? I apologize for asking these questions of the group as I know Marley needs a case established. It's a stressful situation all around. I'll be there tomorrow to help with the cats.

Thank you, the veterinarian called in Rx without hesitation but has no training in homeopathy to give guidance. Kitty Marley is home again, not doing well. There will be mold remediation for a week as the cattery floor is being replaced. My friend is an RN doing all she can w/ limited homeopathic knowledge. At this point dosing frequency would be the most helpful. He cannot go back to the 24 hr. clinic.

Nan, I have never needed more than one dose of
Crat to address irregular/speeding heart rate. On more than
one occasion, I had the tincture handy and dosed a single
time, then went on to use a 30c when it became available. I
have used a dry pellet, but prefer to make a solution.
Strangely, I had a very fatiguing day yesterday, with less
recovery time/therapy and a late bedtime. I lay in bed for
an hour or so before realizing my heart was very
accelerated, with occasional big "thumpy" beats. I
got up and found the Crat 30c solution and took a dose. I
returned to bed, my heart slowed to normal, and I fell
asleep immediately. I keep 200c pellets in my first aid kit,
just in case. I would not have a problem with sequential
doses if it worked but wore off, assuming other aspects of

The "vet list" I was refering to is Irene's list, Catwell. I think you can still access the archives and there may be some conversation/info there?????

Have you thought about taking the whole, complete case??? Usually this is the first step. It's important to know where you're going and have a plan.
