I had an infection on my forearm a few years ago when I had been in Brazil and got bitten by some biting flies.
Yes, I scratched the itching.

A few days later we went to Montevideo, Uruguay and the infection started.
I had a red patch with crops of vesicles that itched, hurt and burned. I was going to bed at night and putting wet toilet paper all over my arm to cool it.
I was also very tired

It was red and hot and was spreading up my arm to the elbow and starting to go above.

I went to a homeopathic MD, Dr Louis Draper, in Montevideo.
He said do not apply any lotions or creams. The bacteria grow well under such a cover of lotion.
This is the combination prescription he gave me:
Rhus Tox 6c
Lachesis 6c
Apis Melifica 6c
Belladona 6c

Silicea 30c

I had it made up in alcohol at the homeopathic pharmacy, Magistral, in Montevideo.

I was to shake and take a few drops four times a day, which I did.
It started to get better the first day.
Within a week, it was almost cleared.
I think I continued the medicine for 2 more weeks and by then I was completely healed.

Several years later, I developed what I thought was a similar infection in the external corners of my mouth.
I used the same medicine and it went away.

I frequently make up combination medicines myself by putting one pellet of each remedy that I want to include into a small water bottle or thoroughly cleaned vitamin bottle and shake and sip.
