It is powdered Sodium Ascorbate C (non GMO NutriBiotic or Vitamin C Foundation) and you add it to water or juice - that makes it liquid

and the Magnesium is Magnesium L-Threonate

Hi Sheri,

I am curious about the magnesium. It's good to take chelated or other well absorbed forms when you have a deficiency. Not only does the good absorption ensure adequate blood levels, but the poorly absorbed inorganic forms, such as magnesium chloride or sulphate (Epsom salts) cause irritation in the colon and osmosis of water into the large colon, causing diarrhoea.

So my point is, if one is taking magnesium for it's laxative effect, one should take the inorganic forms, not the chelated forms. As Mercola States, the l-threonine form is "highly absorbed". So this form shouldn't cause diarrhoea.

IMHO – the only way to take Magnesium is via the skin where it is absorbed much better than any other form and without going through the digestive system. However if I rub in too much (for cramps after exercising or psoriasis – with K2 and D3) I do get diarrhoea and have to ease off it . I ut this down to the fact that I can’t be deficient in it if my body wants to eliminate it from my body!!

It seems most of are low on magnesium. I take the one that Mercola recommends. Not, it doesn't cause diarrhea. I don't have a problem with constipation but many find they are regular and soft once adding magnesium when they weren't before. I read on these things all day long and not always easy to explain
