I have his protocol, too.
He recommends 100 pillules/5 gallons of water.
I need smaller amounts so use 20 pellets in a Qt of water, succuss and add to 3 qts of water = 1 gallon.
He also used liquid remedies.
I was horribly shocked by Kavi's death and still miss him. We never met in person but there were things
in his life that ran parallel to mine and we seemed to be in synch politically as well. I felt very connected to
him.
You were so fortunate to have had a face-to-face connection with him. Do you plan to try and write up your
notes of your conversations with him?

Re: question about damaged remedy
Ok, I am a bit surprised by this.
When I want a large amount of remedy, say to put in the water or my lifestock or poultry, I dissolve a couple of pellets in 6 ounces of water in a bottle, and add some of that to a larger container, succussing every step of the way. I do not understand needing 100 pellets in a quantity of water. Seems to me a pellet or two will do a vast amount of remedy as long as you do not put a couple of pellets in a bath tub of water right away.

Re: question about damaged remedy
I don't know Maria. Having worked with the remedies for several decades this was the formula he
came up with that works consistently. He uses 6c potency typically. What potency do you use?
I succuss 50x when dissolving the remedy and then dilute it for application. It seems to work. The
only problem I have had so far is with Helix for snails. It seems to attract them:-( One organic
gardiner said last year was a bad one with snails for everyone, but it was only that year. I began
to have the problem when I started using the Helix for slugs about 4 yrs ago. Maybe a different
potency or dilution would work?????

Re: question about damaged remedy
Politically I seem to remember that we agreed to disagree! I would have difficulty finding the stuff he told me on my hard drive so no plans to write it up, Now he went by another name on a homeopathic website - Ben Rosenthall - I think it was and I think that at that point he lived in Australia. . It took me a long time before I connected him with Kavi. He had a similar background to me. I think I met him twice at conferences but we hit it off.

Re: question about damaged remedy
Hi Allen & Tanya
A couple of years ago I wrote an article for Homeopathy Today on using homeopathy in the garden, based not so much on my own experience but on what was being reported from Europe.
A couple who read my piece were inspired by the idea to use homeopathy to save a magnificent Douglas fir that was infested with tussock moths. As I recall -- and I'll have to dig out the article they wrote -- they first used Arnica, because the tree's roots had been damaged by heavy equipment, then Carbo-veg., and finally Bombyx.
The tree threw off the tussock borers and started producing new growth. This was a "test" tree that was due to be cut down because of it was so badly damaged. It was saved.
In my own yard I'm looking at a transplanted pteris that's looking chlorotic and a weeping spruce that may have some salt damage. Let's see how these fare on homeopathy.
Peace,
Dale

Re: question about damaged remedy
Exciting stuff. Keep us informed of your success.
Kavi used to talk about using the disease or pest in potency which he often did.
Then he would also use the enemy of the pest.
However I have just found Mentha works to repel flea beetles so maybe I will have eggplants for
the first time. Don't know the relation betw these buggers and mint but was happy to have found it.

Re: question about damaged remedy
Hmmm? I think this is a remedy where people report mixed success in the garden.
Your thought is interesting so wonder if the potency needs to be lowered or raised?????
In the meantime I think it is time to buy a 6 pack and spread it around the chard
