Interesting! Salient points to me, are that the pins were no longer needed, and no harm was done on the way out. Moving the plates, wow I can't quite imagine how they could be expelled, and especially without pain and damage. (Though as far as that goes, I would not be able to answer that about the pins either...) I would love to hear if anyone has seen that happen? Very intriguing!

the closest experience i have had to this is from a very long and deep splinter that I didn't even know was there.
I had a minor injury in the garden with a bamboo stake and next day the area was red seemed becoming inflammed.
I did not use homeopathy but low level laser in an attempt to reduce the inflammation. Instead, to my great surprise
this huge splinter suddenly popped thru the flesh. It measured 1 3/8" long. No pain on the expulsion; it was as if it
weren't my body at all. So I can imagine pins being pushed out in a similar way with Sil But large plates? Ouch!
maybe that is why the plates never moved as the body could not figure out a pathway out.
