Dear Luan, I find Allen Coniglio posts appropriate and informative, albeit may be too passionate. But somebody has to wake people up!

I do not watch mainstream media. I have not watched it for about 5 years. I do not have a television. One would never hear any of the things I have mentioned on mainstream media. In fact, one would be sure to hear the opposite. Wake up, friends.
Please respect Soroush (who btw began this thread) and the other members and reply to me privately if you wish to continue this. I would like to stop talking about it all as very few are awake enough to understand what is being said.

Thanks Sheri. I thought you were a little too advanced to think like that. And thanks to all the people who wrote to me privately and on the list. I appreciate that you are awake and working to solve the problems we face in this world. Anyone interested in discussing these thing further, please write to me at allen73call@gmail.com .

I agree the insanity must stop but Trump is not the answer. He is as self-serving and fascist as we have.
Just because he makes 1 statement about vaccines that sounds like what we want to hear does not mean he can or will carry thru. He is an inveterate liar and a blatant racist. His eugenics beliefs are downright scary, even more so than what the Dems do. If you want to vote for someone who has some sense and experience why not vote for Jill Stein. She has the basis to know the damage of vaccines and can speak to that issue with knowledge and intelligence. But health is not the only issue to base a vote on. The insanity you speak of has been the pull of the GOP to the extreme right and that is how you get a Trump who legitimizes hate of the other which includes women, people of color, disabled people and anyone else not white male. I know you lived abroad but cannot imagine what you are seeing that would enable you to support such an unethical person who is a blatant bigot.

No Sheri, my words are anything but mainstream. And I do read independent and real progressive writers--quite a few of them actually. Maybe if you were Black or Latino you would have a different perspective. And maybe if you took his sexist statements seriously as well as his history of ripping off labor you might see him in his true light. The mainstream media also does not make up the videos of this man's speeches and his behavior.. I just wish people would stop making excuses and apologies for his racist and fascist beliefs. That is mainstream thinking and propaganda.

Now I have no love for Clinton. Actually, I think she is a scary person. But she is exactly like Trump in her quest for power and her devotion to the ruling elite. One difference is that she will shift gear when pressured which may be a weakness of hers but also a quality that an organized public should exploit. Trump has nothing except his narcissistic ego. What we know best about him is his history of business and human dealings which tells us his true nature. What doesn't scare you about a man who thinks David Duke is a good person to have in his corner!
You really need to see that a president is only a single person with very little power. People make a big todo about executive orders but if you look closely you will see that several of Obama's executive orders that would have actually supported human services were legally attacked and conservative courts overturned them. You might also remember that a president that doesn't play ball with the elite winds up dead or have you forgotten the assassination of JFK. I am sure you did not buy the lone gunman mythology. And are you telling me that putting another reactionary on the Supreme Court, as Trump would try to do, is a way to change the insanity as you call it? Maybe you think more Citizen's United decisions are in order, or Patriot Act III that totally destroys the last remaining shreads of civil liberties? Remember that was written by right wing neo-cons.
Maybe you need a good course in what fascism is about and how it creeps into a society. Progressives are courageous enough to look at this process and not afraid to identify its process in the this country and Trump is that trajectory completely.

I’m sure Allen will forgive me for asking this, but if any one of you,
as regular, well educated classical homeopaths, would have a patient in
your practice, and (s)he would tell you stuff like Allen did about
his/her feelings about the world at large, where things are going, etc.,
would you take such feelings as main pointers to the remedy for this case?
Allen, I’m trying to get this subject back to homeopathy, this is *not*
about you, as I’m sure you understand. (Maybe I should have waited, say,
half a year or so to ask this, but I don’t.)

Hi Hennie,

Interesting question. Would probably include mistrust and cynicism in the rubic selection.

This is true to some degree. However, it is totally valid as people are trying to avoid a vituperative political

fight that betrays the focus of this group--homeopathy!
