The therapies Bernard always drilled into us is Good FOOD.
Good food for the brain for example is: Fish Eggs, sardines, oils(coconut,olive), Taurine helps, Loins Mane is wonderful.
OF course stay away from any metals like aluminum, pots,pans, deodorant and much more......

Couldn't agree more Pam, unfortunately Good Food in this toxic world is getting harder to find.
