It is called an ocular migraine. When I had glaucoma I used to get them more than I do now.
Painless but can be scary.

Hi Carol,

You mention Zinc 12C is helpful. How often do you take it? How long have you been using it? Did you start with 6C and move up to 12C?

Do you also take zinc as a supplement (material level)? If so, what strength?
