I can't help feeling there must be a (big) difference between natural
evaporation (no boiling) and condensing (which, in all, includes all
natural stages the water goes through), and boiling water/condensing
steam in a distiller.

Having gotten some success lately with structured water, and knowing that homeopathy works, I am inclined to think that there are all kinds of different levels and flavors of structured water, that it is not just one thing, hexagonal structures and that's it.

Having success w/structured water? You need to tell us (privately would probably be BEST) what you're talking about! You mentioned a home set-up, but you didn't say what it was, how to do it, etc.
Different levels and flavors of structured water? Are you implying that you have success with water kefir? Tell us and speak up, but probably best if you provide the info to those who seek it!
LOL... I can see that you are always busy learning and doing everything you can to get healthy!! Me too. I guess we'll do that until the day we die, but most people aren't interested the way we are.
