I like the idea in principle but the greed mongers here in USA have heavy tanks in position to stop this.
Clinets reporting success with homeopathy to vets, have resulted in the vets filing complaints to the state malpractice board for practicing medicine without a license.
Having a license is no help.
A vet in CA was just convicted of teaching his client how to use homeopathy.
Another vet in Texas is in state supreme court becasue he put good information on his website and refuses to take it down and refuses to stop explaining it to people who ask (for no fee).
And I am in court for sending my research information on my website, to a person asking for it in California, (at no charge) so she and her vet could use it.
Nothing any of us did was against the law as written.
They invent accusations and find one guilty of the invention.
The latest court ruling - instead of addressing my free speech issue for sending my website info to someoone -
found me guilty of "practicing medicine by using lab work to repertorize a remedy"
Dunno how the judge sucked that one out of her thumb, but that was the specific conviction.
The judge did not try to explain just how lab work can be repertorized. She just declared me guilty of practicing medicine by doing it.
(My email had asked the person if they would share the lab work of the cat with me for my research purposes. hey answered yes and sent it.)
The previous court had found me guilty of using clinical signs to repertorize. But the next court could not affirm that as I showed I did not ask for any clinical signs so could not have done anythig with data I did not have.
So that is three states WA, CA TX who are CURRENTLY prosecuting anyone who might have used the word remedy or homeopathy somewhere, without even actually doing any homeopathy.
SO it needs a new strategy to do what you suggest - in USA at least.
In my case, I just filed in the third court (WA appeal court) to regain my right to free speech. And in the meantime I have refused to take down my website with my research findings on FIP, along with others' research findings, combined.
Namaste,
Irene
