The particular condition would be part of the constellation that would help the homeopath to know the patient. Am I right?

If this is true, it is easy to see why homeopaths stray from the true practice, because always see the condition, and their patients are always in their faces complaining about their condition, not about their totality.

Also, patients rarely can look at themselves as a totality, so they just go to the natural food store to get a remedy for their condition, and of course there is always a merchant happy to take their money.

But you have to admit, prescribing to the condition rather than the patient is better than the patient taking a pharmaceutical drug. The pharmaceutical drug not only is prescribed for the condition rather than the person, but it is also toxic. I don't see how a homeopathic remedy could be toxic. It might knock a person sideways, but that has never happened to me. The remedy simply didn't work.

As homepaths we do not prescribe as allopaths. There is no such remedy for a particular condition or set potency for a particular condition. We treat patients...not conditions.

So even if you gave Sulphur.....you must be trained to understand what to expect at follow ups. For homeopaths to suggest remedies/potencies knowing nothing about a case is ........careless/unscientific.

Seek out a homeopath for the patient.

Roger the danger is in accelerating the patients time line of illness.

Think of it as cleaning house. You have a sink full of dirty dishes and a living room that needs sweeping. You only have enough time to do one of these jobs. Which one do you do?
If someone was insisting on the sweeping and you did that the dishes would sit there, crust up, build up a bacterial count and start to smell.
The choices of importance was probably not correct. We need to work with the bodies intelligence ( probably the dishes first) and free some energy so we can sweep also.

You were lucky the wrong remedy didn't work. Probably saved you a lot of problems in the long run.

I like that very much. So the proper way is to use the body/mind's own inner intelligence to decide which symptoms to address first. (:->) That is really quite cool. So, addressing symptoms could be a waste of money (always bad), a waste of time, and a (negative) opportunity for the patient to not deal with his/her problem. And in fact, the symptom oriented remedy would still act as a constitutional, only with regard to the wrong constitution. That could be the worst problem.

Hmmm. Very interesting.
