Not only constitutional homeopathy but ANY remedy can improve robustness adn disease resistance.
Per Hahnemann...assuming you set any stock in what he says.
There are several remedies to build resistance to croup. Seventy two in Radar.
Whichever of the 72 is closest to the ICT remedy would be my choice to use.
