A good alternative will be A 2 milk. I do not know whether it is available in your territory. Most of Indian cows are A 2 type (taurus Indicus), those with a hump. If you cannot get A 2 milk, then at least A 2 ghee can be bought from India. This ghee can be added straight to steaming cooked rice with added vegetables and salt and pepper to taste.
Also, I will ask her to do these simple breathing exercises which will bring her lungs to shouting strength. This video is enough to learn. She can go to any nearby Art of Living centre and can enroll in their week long classes to learn them first hand.

Nice, thanks for this!
I went looking for information about which breeds of cows give A 2, and find this very nice article on the subject.

It's worth noting, though, that some people don't tolerate *either* type of milk. My daughter and I both react (mildly) even to goat milk (even raw organic), which the article says is entirely A 2.

A1 verse A2 Milk
There is some new research out about milk. They have identified that there are two types of milk called A1 and A2. They have identified the difference in the milk in the beta casein protein of the milk. They are finding that milk that comes from A1 type cows leads to higher incidents of heart disease, Autism and diabetes. In the type A2 milk they are not finding these type of problems. Note human breast milk, goat and sheep milk is all type A2 milk. Type A2 milk is from the older diary breeds like Jersey which is the type of cow we have. We are breeding all of our cows to A2/A2 certified bulls from New Zealand guaranteeing that our new of spring are A2/A2 cows. We have only A2 type cows all registered Jerseys. In New Zealand and Austria this is become a big health concern but this information is not being circulated in the US due to the fact that nearly all dairy processed milk in the US comes from type A1 Holstein cows. See the links for more information on A1 verse A2 milk.

Shannon, what about butter or ghee of goat milk ? I react badly to milk but not to ghee.
I do not know whether goat milk has enough fat to produce butter. Our Indian method of overnight fermentation into curd and then churning butter is the best method. Not the dairy practice of churning right out of milk. That is milk cream not butter.

Sheri and Shannon,
Your matrerial says older jersey cows are A2. I have a question. Is there any cow breeds native to the Americas ? The mayans were highly civilized and surely would have reared cattle. If you can locate them, can you find out what type of milk they yield ?

Goat milk has the same fat as cows, namely 3 to 6 percent (more fat in winter) ....Average 3.9% Most ruminants are very simlar that way.
Goat milk fats are much the same in ratios of saturated etc for dows but wit ine sidderence.
Goats have an appreciably higher proportion of capric, caprylic and caproic acids. The high amounts of these specific fatty acids are responsible for the characteristic flavor and odor associated with goat's milk.
You can make butter or cheese or yogurt or whatever else is made from milk that your heart desires, witih goat milk
Same method my grandmother taught me in South Africa:-)
All my dairy farmer relatives used that approach, about 25 of them on separate farms al over the country:-)
I did not know there was another way!
Yes but that is also good. You whip it up into thick cream for Irish coffee and to put on scones:-)
Lots of ways to use milk.
Namaste,
Irene

Hi,
You need to take them raw. Cut them in 4 pieces and swallow them one by one or all together with water,I got report drone 3 MS patients about this method. They all claimed that they gained Weight after a few weeks, their appetite increased. For some people which is difficult to follow this order with Fred's Garlic, may be they can take Garlic capsules. I have no idea, how many capsules is equal with one Garlic clove. So you need to find out.
I hope this will help.
Good luck.

I have known those garlic chunks to go through whole, some people do not have sufficient digestive functions to process those cloves, even if split.
