are causing stress.
Are you talking about housing complexes or private homes of a certain
age, or what?

Asbestos in schools is a big issue and there very specific regulations
about handling this
and big money has been spent in the country to remove asbestos from
school buildings.
Those standards are often used with other buildings for remediation.
