Hello Shelly,
If you are interested in treating what we homeopaths call ACUTES, the British Institute has a great course in Introductory Homeopathy with over 100 pages of remedies and how they can be used safely and accurately.
This is a small course, can be done in about 6 months (it can be done in less time but most people are in no hurry), it can also be used to jump start a student who may want to consider professional training later on. This course goes through some important homeopathic rules and regulations, the direction of cure, and how to administer the remedies, some potency discussions and covers many common conditions such as injuries, falls, colds, flu, pregnancy, nursing and childrens problems.
Good wishes on your studies.
Most sincerely, Maria
