Re: fish oils again
Didn't Johanna Budwig claim it cures or prevents cancer?
She did write to mix flaxseed oil in cottage cheese.
Don't remember her writing to use fish oil.
I still follow her flax and cottage cheese suggestion and just today mixed flaxseed oil into a new Latva Russian Kefir that uses grass fed milk. I only use 0% milkfat kefir. This brand is slightly thicker than drinkable kefir from Lifeway. Kefir and yogurt are SUPER beneficial for type B blood but regular versions have too much carb, too little protein. Greek yogurt is perfect for low carb dieting as it's upto 2x protein and much less carb than regular. But it can be too thick, so I mixed 1/2 kefir and 1/2 greek plain nonfat yogurt. Came out great. I also added a scoop of Acai superfood powder for an Amazonian superfood low carb kick.
