But Creteagus doesn't have such conditions like aching pain in leg, Carol. We have to see the overall picture.

Dear Leilanae,
This case being in Level 3 as I think, Dulc may suite him. Other 3 remedies are for chronic conditions? What you think?
Thanks for your input.

My Best,
Shakir

The pain is of aching sore type in bones of calf and tarsal, not in muscles.

Hi Shakir,

Looking at Dulc a little closer:
Dulc. - “.................We find as the very central point around which all the other symptoms of the drug group, this one: aggravation from cold, damp weather or from changes from hot to cold weather, especially if these changes are sudden.” Farrington MM

Atb,

Hello Ellen,
Thanks for drawing thoughts to chilblains but it is not like that. I thought first to this situation but he doesn't have any sorts of cuts as it is normal in frost biting in winter season.

I'm going to prescribe him Rhus tox now as it looks closer to the picture.

Many thanks to all friends who took interest and guided.

My Best,
Shakir

Victoria,

I used below rubrics;

Extremities Lameness Lower Limbs
Extremities Lameness Lower Limbs walking while
Extremities Lameness Lower Limbs chill during
Extremities Pain Sore leg calf
Extremities Pain Sore Foot Sole walking while

Rhus tox has been given and the patient says his pain is alleviated and he feels better than yesterday. He is on his duty at the time. We should hope he is fully recovered within few days.

Best Regards,
Shakir
