I have twice found Crotalus horridus very useful Thrombocytapaenia and have wondered about Strontium Carb which I used once in a case where it happened after chemotherapy, Jean

Just to point out again it is not thrombocytopenia but thrombocythaemia which is the opposite!!

The remedy Pteridium Aquilinum, bracken, has thrombocythaemia in its pathology. Other than that, I know zip about it, but it might be interesting to research.
