Minutus

If EVERYONE discusses cases, there will be too many of them to chase down. Sort of like the defense strategies of herds.

I would discuss cases, but I don't have any cases and I don't have any "discuss" because I don't know enough to discuss. (:->)

But, isn't this about HOW we discuss homeopathy? How is this any different from discussing maintaining causes or anything else that directly or indirectly affects HOW we practice homeopathy? What good is it if a good homeopath is ruined for a lack of information about the dangers involved with certain procedures in certain places (even online)? How many clients could be harmed if that homeopath is ruined and not allowed to continue practicing or forced to move? I remember how many times Hahnemann had to move because of 'being misunderstood' chased, sued or whatever but he was never afraid to speak out.

Ok, everyone, we get it.

Big pharma and 'evidence based medicine' might take us as a threat and pursue us with all their money.

We could be misunderstood.

We may be 'hauled in' for practicing medicine without a license.

And, we may all by 'lying' to look better in front of our peers.

We 'might' be sued if we discuss homeopathy in any way except theoretical.
Too many mights and mays, not enough facts.

Let's get on with out lives and back to homeopathy!!

I think Irene is saying something that is very serious. Obviously it varies from state to state. How would you know that you weren't political danger? The dangerous political. But, we have to accept this homeopathy is a politically and economically powerful form of XX. I have no idea if the word I was going to say was dangerous,
Going back to the issue of presenting cases. There are cases that are short simple and easy to present online. There must be a formula for presenting them without getting in trouble.　Either you present the case as an abstract generalization, or you present the fine details. I'll give an example：

1. Arnica seems to prevent infection.

2. He hit his toll on a dirty brick. I was in a hurry so I washed it only with water. We had to go out and then that night we did nothing and he didn't complain. At the time of the injury a strong grown man was almost crying. The next morning, I tore off the dirty bandage. Under the bloody scab that came off with the bandage, the toenail was torn off. But the toes not swollen or discolored.

Another consideration in presenting cases is we really don't get much out of presenting complex cases online. I have done it many times, and the responses are usually not appropriate. People don't have time to read email carefully is my conclusion. It is best to present a case for analysis in one particular part of the case. That is you don't present the entire case. You generalize most of the case. Only the problematic part is presented in detail. The case does not have to be a problem.You could be simply illustrating a point.

I don't know if that lessens the political danger, but I think we should keep this in mind when we present cases. It makes sense even without the political danger.

Hi Irene,

I will be very interested to find out what the court in Washington thinks constitutional means. It doesn't sound like it's a court. Perhaps a judge?

It also looks like they don't care if their actions look legal. I don't suppose you understand why.
