The same goes with an F series....and the patient is requested to report after each and every potency, by email.
That some chose not to do it is their problem.
Monitoring is an essential part of the treatment, not offering it is borderline malpractice IMO.

Just to update on my friend who had been prescribed Sepia 200 daily for a month. When I spoke to her about 5 days into the month she was having a rather nasty cold with chesty cough and raised temperature, she got better after that and I checked with her today and she says she is feeling fine and no other symptoms. I don't think there has been any follow up with the doctor and she wasn't really monitored (not good practice). She seems to have an obsession with tiny crystals coming out of her skin and she says that it is happening more - she sees it as some kind of cleansing process. I asked her to collect the crystals but she says it is too difficult because they are so tiny, yet she says there are more of them than ever, that makes me think it is a delusion. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

That's a little scary. Just got an email from a woman prescribed Sepia 1M weekly. After the third dose (the first two doses had positive results) she had a horrible proving and is now worse off than when she started taking it.
I wonder where prescribers get the idea that they can blithely do posology so routinely without watching and waiting. Even LMs can have bad aggravations and you have to determine carefully how often to administer them based on the client's initial response, and cant go on routine repetitions, and must respond as the client's response changes.
Dr J.R., do you see aggravations with your method of Fibonacci posology?
Roger B. too

Very few, if the patient stays in contact with me while taking the remedy. It is not a routine automatic taking of a different potency at every X interval, it respects completely the basic principle of take a dose, wait and see, anything happens, wait until nothing changes any more, only then go to next potency, or another dose in using the liquid method or the dilution glasses.
I ask the patients to email me after each dose, takes just a few second to evaluate and I can guide them, and on top of that it is much appreciated.
If they chose not to do so, that is their responsibility.
I recall only one intense aggravation, a child given Tarentula, whose mother was so desperate that she gave the doses one day after the other, with intensification of the symptoms. I just repertorised the major, outstanding ones, got another remedy, gave it from my stash at home, I think a single dose of 200, done.
