Dear Mohammad - salaam
LACH is also in hoarseness, Constriction of chest (hence the reason Lachs cannot wear tight things!) and Nausea.
Does IP cover other symptoms sited by Rochelle?
For example IP is not in Grief nor Stomach, Heartburn which are main symptoms. However, Lach is in both!

Dear Soroush,
Ipecac covers hoarseness, constriciton of the chest but more importantly for me is the fact that since Rochelle has tried Ars , I would have gone with Ipecac to help with the nausea.
There was a spell of Gastroenteritis here in the UK last year and Ipecac worked like magic. Patients came up to me saying that their nausea feeling would disappear within 10 mins.
Of course they were on Ipecac for a few days - taken everytime they felt nauseous.
Ars will not help as much, and one of the patients also found it difficult to breath.
Hope that helps
take care
