Jennifer, Dr Prafull Vijayakar is amongst revered ones in India and it’s very nice that you are going through his books and I must tell you that I've have gone through them.
All the care and observational aspects also that we hear or read anywhere while choosing a single remedy also work while choosing more than one remedy too and we already do in it choosing remedies for follow ups too. And the same will go for choosing them together at one time. So it's always nice to hear to words of wisdom on choosing remedies as they always help you and many a time a senior practitioner provides you with great nuggets.
