I have never used that as I always make upo my own. Any chance it is the salt in the saline that could have made it worse?

Well, I use it because the salinity the right strength is supposed to make it less stingy than water. Most people find it soothing.

I just remembered this one as well
Itt's a Sannum remedy 'Mucohel' which is actually
Mucor Racemosa 6x - I think Mucor indicates a yeast or fungal strain, I don't know much
about the Sannum range but I've heard this one is very effective

I would always make up 10ml boiled waster and 2 drops of tincture to be used as eye drops as needed but I guess you have tried this!!
