Hi Carol.

This is a suggestion to consider only if all other causes have been eliminated and the problem still remains.

If your aunt had a hard swelling of the jaw prior to the cancer diagnosis and surgery, Hecla lava may be of assistance.

It is well known for treatment of cancer of the jaw when there is hard swelling but as its materia medica is limited, there are few mind / mental symptoms.

And I've administered successfully to comatose patients by rubbing a water potency on their wrists!! I use a liquid potency if I have the medicating potency to hand.

I sent her heckla lava 200c six weeks before the surgury. She never took it.
Noone will give her anything i suggest for fear it will interfere with what
the doctors are giving her. But, fortunately, before my uncle realised how
long this was lasting..he had decided against chemo to stop it from coming
back. afterall..she didn't even know she had it until she had a tooth removed.
She would die before the thing would come back. I was thinking of belladonna
because they said she would get aggressive. Or phos. because of the
anesthetic or even hypericum..they probably damaged a nerve during surgury and
left it dangling...but whats the difference...they have tough old fashioned
mindsets. The fact that i've kept my mother(my uncle's sister and my cousins'
aunt alive and painfree for 15 years means nothing to them. But what can ya
do. Nothing. I gave the name of the only homeopathic doctor in their town..but
they've already decided to sell the house and have the uncle move in with one
of his sons in another state and take the aunt along to a nearby nursing home.
She dies..the uncle will follow afterwards. I guess thats life. Thanks for
the information, everyone.
