Or it could be the right remedy bringing up the next "layer"?
Would you say that her *overall* condition is better now than it was before--i.e. that the sleepiness is not more of a problem than the reflux, vision weakness, irritability and constant appetite were?
Or is the sleepiness so strong that it interferes with her activity just as much (or more) compared with the former symptom picture?

The sleepiness is not really a problem that interferes with her functioning. It’s just weird. Like the pain switching from her left leg to her right.
Overall, she is definitely better than before.

Then I could assume it's the next layer, wait until the new picture seems to be stabilized, then re-take. Sounds like progress to me, tho.
