Thanks for that- I haven't seen the patient for a couple of years but seem to remember having a Christmas card saying she was going to make another appointment but hasn't done and I haven't followed it up. Since I can't remember her surname I can't even access her files at the moment to check for you the details of the tachycardia but I do know that an operation was being considered but she had got herself back to work (the aetiology of cause!!) . She lives in an old house so what you say about water pipes is interesting.

No it was the left. It's the worst 8 months I have experienced in my life. It was like 3rd stage labour every hour of the day. And then I discovered Ferrum Metallicum:-))

Why is it the right shoulder for the spleen? I thouight right shoulder problems were the liver? The spleen is on the left side of the abdomen.
