It's okay, thanks--I understand what I need to about that particular point, and I know that you do too.

But these points to learn are fundamental to homeopathy. There are students on this list who might actually be interested. You always duck out of these discussions, why join them in the first place? Ditto your other post as well.

Joy, I duck out for one of two reasons: (a) that it's become clear that each "side's" arguments are based on a belief or understanding that the other does not share, and that no progress is being made toward "meeting of the minds"; or (b) because I simply don't have the time. Right now (b) is primary, tho (a) has also seemed to rule discussions on these particular discussions in the past.

So, I figure if I post my understanding--and note that it's easy to google more information--and those who disagree post their understandings, with whatever supporting information they choose, then readers can pursue the topics *if* they wish to. Actually I love the debating, when actual information is being shared, and have learned a great deal from them. Who knows, maybe some day I'll realize that it actually *is* okay to drink stagnant pond water and eat rotten food (mmm, road kill...), that when e.g. an antibiotic appears to have saved someone's life (yes I believe even that has its place) it was actually just placebo effect, and that all the stuff about diseases and germs and all has been complete hype--but I doubt it!!!!!

The only really important fact is how it all fits in with homeopathy and how disease occurs from a homeopathic point of view (nothing to do with 'sides' or your sarcastic response to other's thinking) of which you clearly have a great deal of doubts about which shows frequently in your thinking/writing. It also seems clear you haven't been in tune with what has been written from the 'other side' and you are right you will always live with fear of disease only emanating from external sources. That at least seems certain.
