there's probably more then 50, each with their own sx picture but you cannot assume fright will be there but you were hinting that you might be prescribing

If google Toxic shock, quite a lot of information, bringing in cytokines and T cells staphylococcal ,streptococcal infections and I think one of the Coli's can also be involved. Really interested in further thoughts on this as increasingly happens, Jean
