I have usede LM potencies quite a bit. In one case where Sulph 10M failed to do anything Sulph 0/3 cured. In some diseases you can hardly get any results unless you use LM - for example in cases of Osteo-arthritis. You should give a locally acting LM potency first and when the pains are cured then you can give a constitutional.
