Oops - Mia cupa - I forgot you were in Japan!

However - the Natto is likely your problem!!!
Natto is shown in research to block angiotensin converting enzyme and thus force the blood pressure down.
See this 2012 research:

Many folks with high BP take natto to lower it instead of BP meds!
