Mmmm - he definitely has Kali issues. I don't usually absorb the energy of others that is why I found it so strange.
Am not sure about the Tub angle as "Empirical treatment" appears to mean that he was treated for Tub because of the signs and it is what they do but it was not scientifically proved that he had/has Tub.
I think I am going for Europium silicata having worked on the case most of yesterday. This covers most of the issues.
