for total symptom picture - the simillimum
That is the only way to know what you are doing.
Anything else is guesswork and really not homeopathy, in my opinion.
What is your reasoning for using Cortisone in potency?
Certainly it is better if she hadn't had it, but you know her symptoms
before the cortisone as you took the case before (if I remember right). It
isn't always a problem.

Prescribe on the symptom picture is my opinion

Alright, so you are not planning to use potentised cortisone but many would,
and do - I am just curious as to why, unless the sx picture fits.
