Note that it says, "If a severe flu strikes in which people with strong immune systems are succumbing such as happened in 1918 or with SARS or H5N1 avian flu..." Most of the time they are helpful.

Yes, clearer thanks These days many people believe they have a strong immune system but is actually weak, or don't even exercise their immune system by using ab/s, etc. etc. I'm afraid very few fall into that 1st category.
