Hmm, I dare say I see some difference but I did find MY symptoms in
the repertory - so it fits with variations in a proving among provers.
My pain was excruciating too, but so bad I could not readily tell it
was from the throat only - my entire head seemed on fire. My doctor
pointed out my throat was extremely bright red and inflamed and also
the eustachian tubes. The pain was more like having a ball of fire in
the throat - radiating pretty far - hence the feeling the head was
bad. Right eustachian tube was blocked causing severe ear pain. The
odd symptoms was worse if turned head left. (Probably squashed the
eustachian tube even more?)
I worry about this comparison in that I have underlying one-sided
illness as well as an iinnate constitutional type not phyt in either
case.
Provings never take innate constitutional type into account:-)
Hard to know what influence the underlying factors have.
