Tanya, Did you mention earlier that this woman is currently taking a host of different blood pressure medications? If so, that might well be the source of the continuous bleeding problem and conflicting with homoeopathic attempts to rectify. Surely she should be discussing this with her allopath and dentist before more oral surgery is undertaken??

yes, i did note about a dozen drugs, including blood thinners. she did stop

sorry i f this is a duplicate post--my previous response seems to have disappeared...........
i did note the huge amount of drugs she was taking, however, she did stop the blood
thinners after we talked over the weekend. it was/is a serious concern as to how the drugs are affecting
her condition and the remedies. but i think it significant that the blood seems to clot
very well, but just not enough to seal the leak, so to say. this woman has diabetes,
high blood pressure (am guessing from the drugs) and heart medications. the hbp
drugs, though, may be an allopathic precautionary measure. she did have a heart
attack about 3 yrs ago. her diet is very poor. she has been a soda freak for decades
and when she became diabetic, she switched to diet soda.
this is a woman who has created a self-fulfilling prophecy with the diabetes--her whole
family had it, so she was going to get it, so why bother with any preventive health
practices. and when she began to develop diabetes, oh, maybe 10 yrs ago, it seemed
almost like she was relieved. and then of course, she could rely on drugs to control
it! not a veryintrospective person or one who looks at emotional patterns very closely.
i have been on her to cease the diet soda for years now. she is a big butter/fat type
person and vegetables and fruit are clearly not her friends. i do understand that her
teeth have been an obstacle to eating hard foods. when she finally gets her bridge
work completed, hopefully she will be a bit open to making some changes in diet with
more fruits and salads. i am hoping.

I never used Crocus for that kind of thing myself - matter of fact I
never met thhis kind of thing.
This is why it stuck in my mind when I read it in a MM - I thhink it
was about nose bleeding. That the blood would hang out like an icicle.
I then wondered how it could be that it did not clog up right where it
came from.
Your description of the clots in the mouth made me remember that.
As to potency: my rule of thumb is - when in doubt use the 30 C.
I would probably give a few globules dry. If no reaction after say 1/2
hour dissolve some in water and give it every hour or so for may-be
1/2 day. If aggravation: stop and wait. If the bleeding stops and
recurs: also the watery doses. If after 1/2 day nothing has happened,
it would think it was the wrong remedy.
