Only if the person's symptoms match sepia's symptom picture.
There are many many remedies that it could be.

Thank you everyone for the good suggestions. Very helpful. I was thinking of the Gelsemium or Arg-N , too. It's so helpful to get other's perspectives as when I went back and re-rep'd the case it really does seem like Pulsatilla still. I think I was concentrating too much on the sleep rubrics and not the totality.
I am wondering about Veratrum though because some of the MM reads so much like what is happening. Although there is none of the violent mania or coldness. But perhaps that would just be the completely decompensated state. She is very religious as well. But I can't deny the Puls seems to fit her better overall. And the baby now has goopy eyes so perhaps it is what the mom and baby both need.
And yes, the burning in the arms and back I do think are from the nursing. But Puls also covers those symptoms.There is a large forsaken piece of the case too which I forgot to mention. The mother of the consult does not support homeopathy at all (she's a nurse) and is pressuring her to stop homeopathy for her children as she feels it is endangering them.
I am going to have her go back to the Puls with Veratrum as the back up.
