Mancinella has been useful in 2 of my hot flush cases. As usual detective work needed.
Occasionally Oophorinum 7c to take as needed is helpful .Jean

Dr AUR had me taking Oophorinum 30 daily for 3 months as he reckoned that was the cure for menopausal problems. This was when I was doing a post grad course with him. It did absolutely nothing!!!

Indeed. I have had clients it did not help In those that found it useful they repeated the 7c as needed for events.
Homeopathy is challenging in finding what is needed for each individual. Sometimes one has to accept the process and just support, Jean

From Reference Works: Conium - Menopause with high blood pressure, flushes of heat in the body but passes cold flatus. Sweats: profusely; as soon as he closes eyes to go to sleep [Mathur’s System MM].

No, that part at least is clear although this case is very foggy. The progression was:
start of pre-menopausal symptoms - hot flushes at night with palpitations, disturbed sleep, mood swings
then high BP
then BP meds
then menses stopped
then HRT
at the same time increased sensitivity to respiratory issues (pneumonia twice)

So it doesn't look like the HRT caused, although she's high risk for it and wants to get off.

Vera
It may well be NBWS HRT!!!!
