That is fascinating!  What he said about the iodine skin test I find 
puzzling, since it doesn't account for the way that on some people it
vanishes within a few hours, while on others it lasts for days. I
wonder if he's addressed this difference anywhere?
The rest, tho, is particularly intriguing. Isn't there any concern
about getting too *much* iodine, if applying it e.g. to multiple sites
or wounds?
