i think those guidelines are only that. i always go back to the
adage 'in each individual case.' i have found that in some acutes
i need 200c to begin to touch the problem. but there are people
who will go through life transformative stages at a 6c level. i always
ask people how they generally respond to medications or herbs to
try and get some assessment of their sensitivity level. sometimes people
will tell you while taking the case that they are so sensitive to
everything,
or vise versa, it takes a bulldozer to get a reaction from them.

aren't we interesting creatures!

Hi Grace,
Sorry, 6x worked initially, but seemed it was not going to get her thru
the night; Silica 30c got her thru the night nicely, but when
discomfort returned about 12 hours later, repeating it had no effect.
Going back down in potency is a thought, it the Hepar finks out on us
too...
Ah, interesting contrast with Donna's experience! Have you done the
same with tooth abscesses, or just acutes in general? (Much of my
experience with acutes has been with 30c and 200c, but sometimes I also
use low, and I haven't formed a firm opinion yet... Tho I used to
treat a toddler who several times got Belladonna sore throat, with
glassy eyes, limp and lethargic. The only potency I had was 12x, and
it put her right as rain within... I'm thinking it was within the
hour, but certainly within a few, with nothing further needed--which
totally surprised me!!)
Works for me! :-) In this case, tho, the symptoms are not strong--at
least not yet--and no very clear characterizing modalities etc.
Whew! :-)
Thanks again!
Shannon

Thank you!
If the present course fizzles (which it may well), I'll try that.

Thanks Tanya,
Were there specific indications (salivation, or ??), or was that in a
"specific" sort of way?
