Of course you are welcome to your opinion but as my gran said when I
was ten and she was ten times that and making profits in a 2 year old
business she started, "If you don't use it, you lose it" and she
meant the brain power she used daily to learn new things.
If one quits learning, one has "quit" altogether - in our shared
view. I suspect Hahnemann would agree - else why 6 Organons... the
last being close to his death time.
It depends how you look at it.
The principles are good but they can be implemented in new ways (as
hahnemann was wont to do) - and more principles can be added (as
Hahnemann was wont to do), and new remedies and information on them
can be added (as Hahnemann was wont to do)......
So if you prefer to leave it a dead science at the 1834 stage, that
is your prerogative. I see it as Hahnemann did - as a live and
growing science, needing good minds to take up where Hahnemann left
off. We have challenges to meet that he did not have. Must we put
blinkers on and not address them?

Tautopathy has very valid usefulness in specific ways, as countless
homeopaths are aware, and they/we are not so dull-witted as to
continue using something that is useless:-)

Nobody here suggested using it instead of homeopathy in general, only
where indicated - though your asumptions about my own homeopathy
practice are scathingly worded with that invalid assumption and a
number of others thrown in as additional spiciness?
Maybe you enjoy writing defamatory fiction. Starting with "let us
assume" does not make it okay.

Hold on, David! Irene has a wealth of homeopathic knowledge - and some! She has a very clear grasp of homeopathic principles. And I'm also sure she could easily surpass you in knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pathology.
She has stated quite clearly that she will use whatever it takes to save a patient - that doesn't make her any less of a homeopath than you - just different. Maybe more rounded as a healer!!
I think you should be less sarcastic and more tempered in your comments!

Not sure why people are so prone to falling into pissing match mode.

This is not about the male equivalent of the size of ones genitalia.

This is about: being clear on "what is homeopathy."

FOR THE PURPOSE of supporting homeopathy...
FOR THE PURPOSE of supporting those who are learning homeopathy..
FOR THE PURPOSE of presenting to "the public" a cohesive & true
"experience of" .. "definition of" homeopathy.

I won't repeat my more recent post on this topic, but perhaps you'll
come across it.
By all means, Irene should do whatever Irene decides to do in her practice.

My concern is not about that (okay 1% about that, but it is still her
business.)

Are you "GETTING" that ?

I'm sorry, it did come across and mocking, and that's not what I meant.
I was tired, and had already written and scrapped several

You contrast - directly - Irene's 'knowledge and experience' with 'we poor homeopaths' but finish your comparison by saying that 'we...have studied and succeed according to what is accepted as homeopathy'. In other words, the poor homeopaths have the gold standard, but not Irene in spite of her 'knowledge and experience'. That's sarcasm - pure and simple - but you don't need me to tell you that, do you?
I don't appreciate that kind of tone - nor do I like the way you put 'pissing', 'male' and 'genitalia' in the same post.
And you don't need to SHOUT at me. I get where you're coming from just fine and clear. What you don't get is that you might be offensive to some - and that humility and an enquiring mind, which seeks to learn from others is far more attractive than posturing.
I apologise if I have annoyed you, but you might as well know what I find objectionable.
