Hi Amy,
Have any of the family had constitutional homeopathic treatment, or
have you been using it by yourself on acutes etc.? That's a process
that could give the greatest benefit, as it can *remove* those
susceptibilities, rather than just short-term bolstering. Do you have
a homeopath, or want help finding one?

Oh my, so that had nothing to do with echinacea per se, and everything
to do with a grotesque overdosing leading to long-term proving!!!
Please don't blame if on that friendly little herb... I'm so
glad you've been able to put him right, poor guy!

But I would *love* to read whatever you're able to tell us about his
symptoms when you first began working with him, and more about what
happened over time, whatever you remember? "Silent aggressions in his
movings, his speakings, although he tried to be nice..."

There are only about 60 rubrics for echinacea in my rep, and it does
not look like a happy picture. I wonder whether his experience
suggests any additions?

Hi Shannon…most of my family has had constitutional treatment, except my youngest who is 6 now. I have been using it more than anyone else in my family, excluding my sister who has MS and is allergic to many antibiotics. I have a homeopath, thank God, and he has been our homeopath for about 10 years. I don’t know what I'll do when he retires!

Ah, great! Well the, the answer to your question is simple: Have the
kids in for their constitutional work. That is the *best* way of
keeping the immune system strong--that plus good diet and enough sleep,
of course. Also, by getting the youngest in on the act now, *before*
anything actually goes wrong, gives your homeopath a chance to
hopefully forestall any trouble, and also to be up-to-speed with him
and ready to act *should* anything come up in the future. Well, if
your littlest is heatlhy so far and *not* prone to catching much, you
could wait... In that case tho, maybe you'd like to get one of the
home prescribing manuals ("Homeopathy At Home" by Heimlich and Panos is
one I've found very useful) and a kit?
