Dear John
Thank you for this response.
You said that "there is no conventional science involved" in their workings. How are they supposed to work?
Also if they are supposed to be able to produce the remedies - can they not be set up to detect remedies and also distinguish one remedy/potency from another?
Rgds
Soroush

This comes from numbers of radionic practitioners who allegedly
contracted cancer in the 60s and 70s- No data on this other than
rumour and reading about this in the odd article. Remedy making
machines are basicly radionic machines. Open them up and you can see
that there is no conventional science involved. Of course this doesnt
mean to say that they wont work for some people.
There seems to be a need to use some form of psychic protection when
using these devices. I know people who have used them for years and
are ok. I wouldnt use them myself though too often.

Call me old fashioned but I won't use a machine as I feel it is
cheating the patient. I also will not accept a machine made remedy from
any homeopath I might go and see. The only reason I can see for using a
machine is if you are out in a 3rd World Country or in a disaster zone
and you have no access to a conventionally made remedy.
I have been told that they work fine but do not keep well so need to be
freshly made.

and that is my point rochelle--what do we do when, under codex, we lose
our remedies?
isn't any one else concerned with this onslaught against our freedom of health
choice? the legislation is there already. it is the major source of the assault
against homeopathy in england. and as it goes in england, it will go elsewhere.

Hi Soroush,
Suriya has talked about this some months ago on beyondhomeopathy. She
also thought she may have observed this.
It seems to be that some of those machines involve employing the
"energies" of the person making the remedies.
We have also discussed similar issue years ago in Germany with a
spirit healer and other therapeuts using approaches that involve
employing their own "energies or whatever it may be". They said that
there are certain techniques you have to use to avoid it.

i think we should be very careful because...
did we ever successfully explain how the special energy of a special homeopathic remedy goes to the next potency, however produced, traditional or with a mashine of radionic practitioners?
do we have an explanation for this effect?
can we explain however homeopathy works?
physically it's unpossible, i think.
there is no parameter, which makes it light.
We justify with the success we have, not with physical mechanisms.
a similar thing with the mashines of radionic practitioners.
we will not find a physical mechanism which makes it possible.
there we only find perhaps skin resistance measurers.
so we should consider what kind of "mechanism" could be working, when a factory produces hom. remedies on the traditional way.
perhaps it works like itself fulfilling prophecy, the intention to want this special remedy, supported by all the homeopaths over the whole wide world in their knowlegde about each remedy, tested by an uncounted number of provers (morphogenetic fields, shaldrake?).
a lot of the remedies works similar to the phytotherapeutics, allthough they are produced homeopathically (on the conventional way - naturally).
the difference between remedy and poison is a question of concentration - an old wisdom.
perhaps in each plant, animal, element. is the healing information installed. and the great idea of Hahnemann was to understand that.
so - perhaps it could be that this producing with such a mashine is totally correct.
caution, because we do not know what is working - neither . nor .

I would suggest getting a good stock of a range of potencies instead of spending money on some machine.

Do all of the remedy making machines "work" the same way? I thought
there were different types. What are "rates", and is that related to
"frequencies"?

Hi,
My comment below is fairly UNFAIR.
Homeopathy itself is under Quack Watch.
Remedy maker then becomes Quack Watch squared.
