Actually I was told to muscle test (one common way is the 'O ring' by
Omura which you can google just put in the words O ring Omura and find
instructions on the web I'm sure) but I didn't. I just made it, poured
it out, put fresh water in about 4 times. I figured if that didn't
work I'd try six or eight. To tell the truth I was sort of surprised
by the whole experience. I've just started a bit of self-treating with
homeopathy and don't really know what I'm doing. For my knee I first
tried ruta 30c (all I have right now is a 50 remedy emergency kit of
30c from that homeopathy place in Santa Fe; I've ordered the same in
200c just recently, and I ordered another 50 remedies in 30c to make a
100 remedy emergency kit in 30c, but I ordered that from Bengal Allen
as it's cheaper, half the price, but will take a while to get. I have
lyme and also asked Joy banershee at Bengal Allen if they can make
lyme nosodes but he is asking his brother about that.) Anyway, I took
ruta 30c and I "Felt" as if my body were saying, "Well that's fine but
I need ruta 200c. This is not going to work deeply enough." Well I
didn't have that so not much I could do and I wasn't sure if I was
nuts anyway. Then I was so anxious about my knee (did I tear the
meniscus and would I need surgery) that I was very traumatized and my
pain also got worse and I took arnica 30c. I felt as if a smooth hand
had stroked my brow and calmed me down. I had an anxious night anyway
but the next day my knee pain was better. So in enthusiasm I wanted to
"cure" it and took a few wet doses as instructed and then another dry
dose which backfired on me, and then since my friend had told me, if
you're frequently dosing do the wet dose so as to slightly vary
potency and not create an aggravation, I did the aggravation zapper
that she suggested. What all this means I don' know as my knee is
acting up again so obviously I don't have the right remedy for it, or
else, homeopathy can't repair a meniscus. But I would still like to
take arnica, like a 200c, because, not only is the psychological
trauma still strong but my insurance is doing the typical crapola that
insurance cmopanies do these days and tho my doc ordered an MRI, the
insurance thought about it and demanded an x-ray first even though I
did not break anything etc. So then I had to wait for a referral for
the xray and will have to go get a needless xray (too bad I don't have
"xray" remedy which is one of the 50 I ordered from Bengal Allen) and
then wait for them to send the results to my doc so that she can THEN
order the MRI again, and all this causes me a lot of *stress* and
*frustration* which I should probably treat homeopathically but I
don't exactly know what to do.
Which is why I need a homeopath and later this summer am planning to
travel to the gal in New Jersey 3 hours away from me, as her prices
are reasonable and she seems down to earth, not full of herself like
some of the NYC homeopaths or internationally famous ones (sorry,
don't mean to insult anybody, but thats just my perspective).
