Hi Shannon,

I have an OTC "machine" and was getting "high" readings. There is a
test solution
used to check the machine and the test solution HAS to be FRESH.
(Like two weeks)
The manufacturer will send out free test solution.

In my case, it was the machine and not the blood sugar level that was
high.

Also, is she on any meds?
